Calendar appears blank in Microsoft Outlook - Windows
Affected clients
Outlook 2016, 2019 (Windows), Microsoft 365
Symptoms of the problem
When viewing one or more calendars in Outlook, no meetings are visible
The calendars are known to contain information
When viewed in the Outlook Web App, the affected calendar(s) contain meetings as expected

Cause of the problem
A custom view is in effect which hides most or all meetings
Confirm the problem
The problematic setting can be seen in View, View Settings, Filter
The folder properties view in Outlook (Right-click, Properties, Folder Size) confirms that there are items in the folder
Resolution of the problem
In order to resolve the issue in all folders, at once, run Outlook with a command-line switch to remove all custom views.
