This greeting recording will be played to all external and internal callers. 

  1. Dial 70000 and enter your password.

  2. Press 8 - Mailbox Commands.

  3. Press 2 - Greeting Options.

  4. Press 1 - Record Personal Greeting.

  5. Press 1 - Language Option: English.

  6. Press 1 - Review Current Greeting.

  7. Press 2 - Record New Greeting.
