Change your Name Greeting on your Phone

The name greeting is said by the system when you are on the phone and someone tries to call you. It is an automated voice that says your name and states that you are unavailable and then plays your greeting.

  1. Dial 70000 and enter your password.

  2. Press 8 - Mailbox Commands.

  3. Press 2 - Greeting Options.

  4. Press 9 - Record Name Greeting.

  5. Press 1 - Language Option: English.

  6. Press 1 - Listen to the current name.

  7. Press 2 - Record New Name.
