Login to Skype for Business

  1. When you first open Skype for Business, you will be presented with a window like the following.
    In the Sign-in address field, enter your WatIAM userid followed by @uwaterloo.ca (e.g., userid@uwaterloo.ca)

     

  2. Click the Sign In button. NOTE: It will *not* successfully log you in and that’s OK.

  3. You should then be presented with a window which is very similar to the one in Step 1 but now includes the Userid field.  In that field, enter your WatIAM userid with a “NEXUS\” prefix (e.g., NEXUS\userid).

  4. Click the Sign In button. You should now be successfully logged in to Skype for Business.
