Sign into a S4B Queue

Your new headset is your own and not to be shared. Please bring it with you wherever you go (e.g., to a different computer on campus or when you work from home).

Each time you sign into a UW computer, S4B will automatically sign you in with your personal WatIAM (e.g., lgchase). You MUST sign out of S4B and then sign in with your cwagent account. Click the drop-down beside the Available status under your name and choose Sign Out.

Then sign into S4B with your cwagent account.

To ensure you are signed into the correct queue(s):

1. Open an incognito window in Chrome (right-click the Chrome desktop shortcut and choose New Incognito window).

2. Go to https://s4b-ec2-fe-int.private.uwaterloo.ca/RgsClients/Tab.aspx

3. Check off the box(es) of the queue(s) you will answer. The ones you choose should stay checked even after you sign out of the computer at the end of the day so you won’t have to change them until you need to join/leave a queue.
