Reset your Voicemail Password or UC Application Password

If you have forgotten your password for either your voicemail (on your phone) or your online voicemail password (UC application).

  1. Browse to https://ts-officelinx3.private.uwaterloo.ca/SelfService/ResetVoiceMailPassword.

  2. Type in your @uwaterloo.ca email associated with your voicemail.

     

  3. Select the password you wish to reset.

    • Reset Voicemail Password is your voicemail password that you use to access your voicemail over the phone.

    • Reset UC Application Password is the password to access your voicemail on the client web interface.

  4. Fill in the text box with the characters from the CAPTCHA image.

  5. Click Send a Request.

  6. An email will be sent to you regarding the requested password reset (and for which one, Voicemail or UC Application).

  7. Click the link in the email to finish the password reset process.

  8. If you delete the email or take no action, your existing password will still be in effect.

If it says No matching record found for this email please submit a ticket to the Tech Team.
