Conference Calling on Avaya Phone

Calling multiple people at once/conference calling on your Avaya Phone—you can call up to 6 people (can be internal or external phone numbers).

  1. Call the first number you’d like to reach.

  2. Once the first number has answered press Conf (Conference) button which is the same button labeled Forward when not in use.

     

  3. Continue to call the next number.

  4. Once that person has answered you can call the next person by pressing Conf again and so on.
