Looking to get your email set up through the Blackberry Hub Mail app? If so, you’re in the right place!

Instructions

  1. Open Settings and choose Accounts. Select Add Account and choose Blackberry Hub+ account.

  2. Enter your userid@uwaterloo.ca email address and tap Manual Setup.

  3. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync and use the following settings:

    1. email address: userid@uwaterloo.ca

    2. Domain\username: userid@uwaterloo.ca

    3. Password: your userid@uwaterloo.ca password

    4. Server: outlook.office365.com

    5. Security type: SSL

    6. Port: 443

  4. If asked for “Remote Security Administration”, tap OK.

  5. Choose your preferred settings and then tap Next. Enter the name you would like to be shown and tap Done to finish.
