A document library provides a secure place to store files where you and your co-workers can find them easily, work on them together, and access them from any device at any time.   Additional resources are listed below on how to create and use a document library effectively:

Custom views

Settings custom views will provide your end-user with a better experience.  SharePoint’s default views usually display a lot of additional information which may not be relevant to your users.  Learning to control what is displayed will reduce clutter, and save time. Please see the following:

Syncing

The syncing feature allows you to access your SPO files through File Explorer even when you’re offline, providing more flexibility and reducing the time by not needing to open a browser.
Note if you delete a file from File Explorer, it will be deleted from both locations.
