Change your profile picture in Microsoft Teams

Updating your profile picture in Microsoft Teams is a quick way to personalize your account and make it more recognizable to others. Whether you're using the desktop app or a mobile device, here's a step-by-step guide on how to change your photo in Teams.

On Desktop:

1. Open your profile: Select your profile picture located at the top right corner of Teams.

2. Access profile settings: When your account manager opens, click your profile picture again.

3. Update or remove photo:

   • Select Upload to choose a new profile picture from your files.

   • Select Remove to delete your current photo and leave your profile without a picture.

4. Save changes: After choosing or removing a photo, select Save to apply the changes.

On iOS:

1. Open your profile: Tap your current profile picture or initials at the top left corner of the Teams app.

2. Go to profile settings: Tap your name to bring up your profile page.

3. Update your photo: Tap Update photo to either take a new picture or choose one from your gallery.

4. Confirmation: You will receive a notification confirming that your profile photo was successfully updated.
