About this Service | In order to connect to eduroam, you must select eduroam from your list of Wi-Fi networks available and enter your userid@uwaterloo.ca along with your WatIAM password. If you have difficulties getting connected, the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT) fixes most connection issues. Visit Information Systems & Technology's (IST) guide for connecting to Eduroam. If you have recently changed your WatIAM password, you must re-authenticate eduroam with the new password in order to access eduroam. |
