This article provides step by step information on how to turn on/off AI companion in Zoom.

1. Log in to your Waterloo Zoom account at https://uwaterloo.zoom.us/ by selecting the Sign In option and log in with your username@uwaterloo.ca credentials.

2. Scroll down the left menu to Settings and select AI Companion.

3. To enable or disable the AI Companion, toggle the “Meeting Summary with AI Companion” option.\

4. Scroll down to explore more settings that allow you to further customize your meeting.
