    • Why do we need this item specifically (and not a cheaper alternative)
    • Are you free on August 5th to attend the presentation if we get questions about your item?
  • Create the presentation. The actual presentation will happen on the 5th
    • Ideally, we would be able to bring a lead for each subteam who can justify their request
