Grade pushing failure (Möbius LTI)

If you are instructing a course that uses Möbius and receive an email titled “Grade pushing failure (Möbius LTI)”, this means that for a recently graded assignment in Möbius, at least one student’s grade didn’t transfer from Möbius to LEARN. The email should specify the WatIAM ID of the student who’s grade did not transfer and the name of the assignment.

The most common cause of this issue is that the student has dropped the course sometime between when they started this assessment and when it was graded. Please check your LEARN course to see if the student has dropped the course.

If the student is still in the course, please submit a request to our Möbius Help team and we would be happy to look into the situation further.
