Sharing a Blog for Assessment

In some cases, you will be asked to share an entire blog instead of just an individual post from the blog.

Step-by-Step

  1. After creating your post, click on the Back to blog Button. Note: Do not click the I want to .. button or you will only submit a single post rather than the entire workbook.

  2. Once you’ve returned back to your blog, click on the I want to… button from this page.

  3. Select Share

  4. You will see a section in the pop-up stating, This asset has X linked items. This includes all the pieces that are part of your complete blog. If you click on this dropdown, you will see all the assets and posts that make up your blog.
Don’t click on the dropdown menu and don’t select any items from the list. If you select one of the linked assets from the list that appears in the dropdown, only the selected page or asset will be shared rather than your whole blog.

    1. Click the With ATLAS for assessment, review, feedback and support area on the pop-up.

  5. Select the appropriate workspace by clicking on the name of your course.

  6. Then select the relevant assignment from the list.

Note: You cannot submit to assignments with a red X beside them – usually because you have already submitted, or the submission period has ended. Click the arrow to the right of the red X for more information.

Note: if assignments are not visible, try disabling your browser extensions or add-ons to see if the assignment is visible. Chrome users can also try incognito mode.

7. Check the Terms of Usage checkbox and click the Share Asset button to complete your submission for assessment.

To confirm that you have successfully submitted your blog, return to your asset store. Click on the ‘i’ shown at the right-hand side of your blog. Scroll down to locate a confirmation in the pop-up that appears that it has been successfully submitted. Click feedback to view any that has been left.
