Sharing with an External Assessor

Some courses will require students to share their work with an external assessor. This article will explain the steps to do so.

1. Click on I want to… in the top right-hand side of the screen.

2. Click, Share.
   
   

   Open

   

3. Choose the With an external assessor option.
   
   

   Open

   

4. Search for your external assessor using the search tool.
   
   

   Open

   

   
   If the external assessor is found by their email address, select that external assessor, and continue to Step 7.
   If the external assessor is not found by their email address, continue to Step 5.

5. If the external assessor is not found by their email, click, Add a new external.

6. Enter the fields with the external assessor’s information and click, Create.

7. Click, Share asset.
   
   

   Open

   

8. The external assessor will receive 2 emails in short succession from PebblePad.

   • The first email will have their username information and a link to set up their password.

   • The second email will contain a link to view your shared work.
