Requesting access to Waterloo Photos

To request access to Waterloo Photos (i.e. to add a new user(s) to an existing org unit, or to have a new org unit created), please submit a request via https://uwaterloo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/group/1616/create/1119.

If requesting the creation of a new org unit, please include the following information:

• Name of org unit

• Name of org unit admin/point of contact (POC)

• Indicate whether you will be:

  • Uploading, storing and sharing assets, or

  • Looking to view and download assets

After receiving your request we will contact you to set up a planning meeting.
