Adding users to Waterloo Photos

All Waterloo Photos users will be added to the system via an organizational unit, or 'org unit'. There are two types of users within each org unit:

• Org unit admins

  • Full permissions for their org unit including org unit configuration, user access, and workflow.

  • Will serve as the point of contact (POC) for the service for their org unit and the service owner.

• Org unit users

  • A regular member of an org unit.

  • Permissions may vary depending on org unit needs and configurations.

Users may be added to an existing org unit, or a new org unit may be created. Learn more about requesting access to Waterloo Photos.
