Connecting to Eduroam on Windows 10

Eduroam is the on-campus wireless network managed by IST. Connecting to eduroam can be a bit difficult if you don’t know the process. If you need some assistance connecting to eduroam on your Windows 10 device then read on!

Instructions

  1. Click the Wi-Fi or Ethernet symbol in your taskbar and then select eduroam.

  2. Click Connect and ensure Connect automatically is enabled.

  3. Input your WatIAM username@uwaterloo.ca and password into their respective fields and click OK.

  4. Click Connect to connect to eduroam. From now on, your device will automatically connect to the network when in range.
