Forget a Wi-Fi Network on Windows 10

Removing and re-adding a network can be an easy fix for many connection problems. If you’re unsure of how to remove a network on a Windows computer then follow this quick guide.

Instructions

  1. Search for and open “Wi-Fi settings” in your Windows search bar.

  2. Click Manage known networks and select the Wi-Fi network you want to remove.

  3. Click Forget. The next time you attempt to connect to the network will be as if were your first time.
