Colour Printing
Sometimes you might need to print in colour. It can be easy to miss a setting causing you to accidentally print in black and white instead. Follow this guide to ensure you catch all the required settings!
Instructions
Ensure the program you are printing from allows coloured printing and that you have selected the correct option.
Open Control Panel and choose Devices and Printers. If you do not see this option, you may need to select Large icons from the “View by:” drop down menu in the top-right.
Right-Click your printer and choose Printing preferences.
From the dropdown labelled “Xerox Black and White”, ensure the selected option is Off (Use Document Color).
If you have made any changes, ensure you click Apply and then click OK.
