Finding Windows Version on Your Device

If a problem requires you to reinstall an application or drivers, you will need to know which version of Windows your device is running. Here is how to check:

 

  1. Click on the Windows Icon on the bottom left of your screen.

  2. Type in “Settings” in the search bar. Click on the icon.

  3. Within settings, click on “System” and then select “About” from the last option from the list on the left.

  4. The version information will be listed under “Windows Specifications”.
