Adding RICOH Printers Directly to Windows Device
To add the printer you’ll need it’s IP Address Obtaining IP Address of a RICOH Printer
 Instructions
Download the PCL6 V4 Driver for Universal Print Ricoh Driver from https://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/rc3/model/imc4500/imc4500.htm
Run to unzip in your c:\temp folder
Open Settings>Bluetooth and Devices and click Add Device

Click Add Manually
Click Add printer using IP address or hostname then click Next:

Add the Select Device type as TCP/IP, add the IP address, uncheck Query the printer … and click Next:

From the Drop Down menu select the Ricoh C Model:

Click Have Disk on the next popup and browse to the location you unzipped the Ricoh drivers:

Choose PCL6 V4 Driver for Universal Print and click Next
Rename the printer to its hostname and click next:

Make sure that the Do not Share radio button is selected. Click Finish on the next popup
