  1. Go to Device management .

  2. Select Add a device

    Prompt to download DUO mobile with links to App store and Play Store and a next button

     

  3. Select Security Key.

     

  4. Insert your security key and click Continue, then follow the instructions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

a security key will not provide the Second Password for VPN access: Duo two-factor authentication (2FA) and the VPN. You must use another method such as Duo Mobile Push.
