Findings from usage

  • Bottomed out on a surface, there are two magnifications which produce a crisp image around 50x and 230x

    • to get two these two magnifications, the side wheel has to be rolled.

  • LED at full brightness is required for anything non-luminous for quality reasons

  • angle of attack is non-important, so long as you can focus

  • steadiness of the microscope is important to the quality of image

    • this can be countered by not allowing the microscope to float

    • this can be done by pressuring the microscope on a sample

  • there is a capacitive button on the side which allows photos to be taken in the software

    • this is very annoying
