Installing the Printer Driver for Windows 10/11
Refer to the table above to find out which model the printer you want to install is and download the relevant driver from the two options below (ensure that you are downloading the driver for the correct version of your OS)
Find the downloaded file and run it. This should extract files and create a new folder with the same name as the executable, located in the same folder that the executable was saved to.
Open the new folder and run RV_SETUP to begin installing the printer.
On the End User License Agreement, click Agree and Go to Next.
Select Network as the setup method, and click Next.
The printer will not show up on the “Select a device” screen. Click the Click if you cannot find the device button to begin setup.
Select Specify device name and click Next.
Select the printer model you want and click Next.
Under Port Name, select the name or IP Address of the printer and change the Printer Name to more easily identify it (e.g. to “3rd Floor Printer”). If you are able to select the IP Address or name of the printer, skip to step 13.
If the printer doesn’t show up, click the Add Port button.
Select Standard TCP/IP Port and click OK. This will open a new window.
Click Next to begin adding the port.
Enter the IP Address under Printer Name or IP Address and click Next. Then, the port will attempt to be detected.
Select Ricoh Network Printer C model as the Device Type and click Next.
Click Finish to close the window, and click Next to continue setup.
The printer driver will be installed. On the Install Device Software Manager screen, click Next to continue.
Print a test page to ensure the printer installation was correct.
Click Finish.
Installing the Printer Driver for Windows 10/11
Refer to the table at the top of the page to find out which model the printer you want to install is and download the relevant driver from the two options below (ensure that you are downloading the driver for the correct version of your OS)
Open the installer
Press continue and agree and then select “install”
You should be met with this message after following these steps and the installation would be successful.
Go to your system settings and scroll down to “Printers and Scanners”. If you do not see your desired printer here, go to “Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax…”
6. Select “IP” and enter the IP address of your desired printer in the “Address” field. From there, make sure that the Protocol is set to LPD like in the image below. Optionally, you can change how the name of the printer is displayed for you by changing the name in the “Name” field.
7. After entering the information, some of the fields should auto-populate. Upon this happening, please go to “Use” and select the dropdown and click “Select Software” From there, pick out the driver for your printer from the list.
Hit “OK” and then select “Add” to finish adding the printer.
