About this service
NB: While our goal is to ensure our instructors and students have a positive experience in classrooms, unfortunately we are not resourced to provide adequate and dependable tier 1, 2 or 3 support to others outside our current RO mandate. This is a known concern but for now we can only commit to trying to answer occasional questions, if you have exhausted your other avenues.
We can assist with the consulting, design, and creation of optimal presentation environments, including elements such as:
Room placement and design
Control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX, etc.)
Sound control (BSS, Bi-AMP, QSC, etc.)
Lighting control systems (Crestron, Lutron, nLite, etc.)
Audio conferencing equipment
Video conferencing and collaboration equipment
Training for users of instructional technology in Registrar-controlled rooms
