How do I change my email address in mailman lists that I belong to?

This guide contains instructions on how to update your email address listed in the mailman lists you belong to.

Step-by-step guide

1. Determine the name of a mailing list you are subscribed to: Visit https://lists.uwaterloo.ca/mailman/options/listname. Replace the “listname” with the name of the mailing list

2. Enter your email address and click Remind to receive a password reminder. Leave the web page open.

3. When you receive the email, enter your password on the lists.uwaterloo.ca web page and click Log in.

4. Enter your new email in the New Address and Again to confirm boxes.

5. Put a checkmark on Change globally (this will make the change to all mailing lists).

6. Click Change My Address and Name.

7. Wait for a confirmation email, and follow the instructions to confirm the change.
