Viewing and resending files in Sendit
In Sendit, you can view the status of your uploaded files, resend files or send the file to a different recipient.
Step-by-step guide
Log in to Sendit or moveit using your 8-character UWaterloo username (e.g. myuserna) and password
Click on the View Uploads

To see a status report, click on View Uploads.
A pop-up window will appear with details about the uploaded file(s). These details include the Job ID, Status and Tracking #. For additional details (i.e. Transaction details and Job History) click on the down arrow to the right of the Job # and choose View Details.Â
To resend the files or send them to someone else, click on the drop-down arrow to the right of the Jo # and choose Resend.
You will be presented with the same page that was used to originally send the files, but you can edit the transaction by adding or removing recipients, adding or removing files, and editing the subject or content of the email
Click the Finish button and a new upload will be added
The modified upload will be treated as a new transaction, separate from the original upload
