Accessing form results

  1. Log into the website.  

  2. Navigate to the page where the web form lives 

  3. Scroll down to the part of the page where the web form starts and hover your cursor over the upper right-hand corner to bring up the pencil icon. 

  4. Click on the pencil icon to bring up the drop down menu. Note: form editors will be able to see addition options.

    1. Click on Results to view and download form results
