OfficeLinx Phone Tree Menu Updates
To update a department phone menu please create a new request ticket providing the following information:
date of the required change
the menu name
phone number
details of the requested change
Voice menu records
If the request is for an update of the voice menu records, you will also need to submit a new voice item by completing the following steps.

Note: If you need to update multiple voice menus, a separate call is required for each menu or sub menu recording so they will generate separate wav files
Dial extension x84444 for on campus. Off campus dial 519-888-4444
Provide your name.
Menu name and menu phone #.
If you wish to update a sub menu, please specify sub menu name.
Examples of menu names: “Main Menu”, “Day Menu”, “Night menu”, “Holiday menu”, and “Language Menu”.
Pause for 2-3 seconds
Record your new voice item for the specified menu or sub menu.
Hang up/end the call
We will send a confirmation via the request ticket once the voice item has been added to the menu.
