Enabling and disabling tools in LEARN

As an instructor, you have the option to enable or disable course-level tools by turning them on or off.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Select Course Admin from the course navbar.

  2.  Click on the Tools link.

  3. You will see a list of tools available in most courses. Toggle the button to the far right of the tool name under Status to turn that tool on or off. Tools listed with a blue checkmark have been enabled in your course, those with a grey O are not turned on in your course.

     

There is a field for custom tool names, however, these are not available in our environment and any names entered will not apply.
