feedback on OFAS positive; Martin acting as conduit to OFAS; advocate, getting others in Eng onboard.
confirmed new use case - open ended postings, not yet documented.
Training:
- hiring is a faculty matter (need for academic freedom in the process)
- suggest being added as admin at dept level to assist others
- re-purpose informal recording to help in training others
Features:
- look for ways to promote and update feature set
- communicating changes and features
Communication platform:
- broadcast updates
- new features
- solicit any new feature requests
- highlight a feature in the system (brand product)
- here is a feature you would like to know about and will save you time!
  - e.g. Add Committee Mbrs (+ link to 1-page doc for Committee Mbr quickly use)
- host an info session to demonstrate features/application
Features where assistance needed and possible further client documentation
- reporting
- posting jobs
- Committee Mbrs usage
Considerations (campus-collaboration opportunities):
- ask HR to review question set and provide HR perspective
- ask Francis Hannigan, Legal to review questions from a legal perspective
Add new features into GitHub (Herbert)

Future training:

Martin to email OFAS users if training required, and co-ordinate if 5+ users need training; therefore, we will plan to schedule training
