Reports

Users can generate reports from active and completed listings. These can be tailored and ultimately exported or printed.

  1. Go to the Admin Dashboard.

  2. Select Reports from the sidebar menu.

  3. Select View Report for the relevant job listing from the actions tab.

  4. A report will be generated breaking down all applicants by both gender and immigration status.

  5. Reports can be adjusted using the demographic filters at the top of the page.

    1. By default, all boxes are checked. Unchecking a box will remove any applicants matching the relevant description from the report breakdown.

  6. Reports can be exported as a CSV file or printed using the export buttons at the bottom of the page.

    1. Reports will be exported as they appear. This includes any changes made to the demographic filters before exporting.
