Understanding your account

You can view your student financial account details on Quest through these steps:

• log in to Quest

• go to Student Centre

• go to Student Centre

• click on Finances>Account Inquiry

• click each term for details of the charges to your account for that term

• see our About Your Student Account page to understand more about your account

The finances tile in Quest will appear for all current students, and new students that have been matriculated. If the finances tile is not appearing on your Quest account, please email ist.servicedesk@uwaterloo.ca Include your full name and student ID number in your email.
