Installing ArcGIS Pro desktop application

• Sign in to the UWaterloo ArcGIS Online Organization using your WATIAM userid@uwaterloo.ca and your WATIAM password.

• Click the profile icon at the top right of the screen.

• Click "My Settings"

• Click "Licenses" on the left side of the screen.

• Scroll down and click the "Download" button beside "ArcGIS Pro".

Accessing ArcGIS online

• Sign in to the UWaterloo ArcGIS Online Organization using your WATIAM userid@uwaterloo.ca and your WATIAM password.

  • There is informative documentation, Get started with ArcGIS Online, which explains important features.

• Signing in for the first time may take you to a personal profile page. Click "Home" to go to the main page of the UWaterloo ArcGIS Online Organization.

Other methods for accessing ArcGIS

The University of Waterloo has obtained an Esri Institutional License allowing all students and faculty to use Esri software. For more information/instructions please see Accessing Esri ArcGIS software.
