Opening a shared mailbox via web browser

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://outlook.office.com/.

  2. Log in using your personal UW email address.

  3. Click Yes for the next window. This will bring you to your Outlook account on a web browser.

  4. In the top right-hand corner, click on your display picture (or initials) and then select Open another mailbox.

  5. Start typing in the mailbox address (i.e. env-help@uwaterloo.ca), select it, and click Open.

  6. Now, in your Outlook inbox from your browser, you will see the shared inbox near the bottom of the sidebar.
