To be considered for a site licence, the software must meet the following criteria.

The software can be used by faculty, staff and grad students.
The software is integral for people to do their job.
The software will be used by a significant portion of campus users.

Submit a licensing recommendation

To request a site licence, please submit a business case and your request will be brought to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for presentation to UCIST. If UCIST supports the recommendation, the CIO will request funding for the site licence.

Adobe	Faculty, Staff	The University of Waterloo has a site licence for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC that covers all full-time employees.
