This service is for requesting equipment to be borrowed and used. Requestors will be responsible for setting up the equipment independently under this service.

How to request this service |
***NOTICE - Due to Staffing Shortage, all equipment must be picked up by requestors or valid designate, by appointment only, from our MC location. No drop-ins accepted at this time. Note: For larger equipment requests (ex: mobile displays) it is the responsibility of the requestor to arrange pickup of the order through UW Central Stores, in coordination with the Stores team, for both initial loan and return. The stores team is not responsible for any costs, or communications with Central Stores for this service. We only accept requests to borrow equipment for on-campus use. |
