Removing a device or replacing a lost or stolen token

The instructions below describe how to remove devices such as YubiKeys, hardware tokens, or mobile phones from DUO using the Two Factor device management portal.

Please contact IST Service Desk if:

  • you are not able to log in to the device management portal

  • you have the lost device disabled, and need to have an alternate added. 

  • you only have one device associated with 2FA

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to sign in.

  2. click  Edit beside the device to remove then click Delete.

     

  3. Confirm deletion of the selected device.
