Lighting in LHS-1621

The light switch at the entry doors control the cove lighting. With recent improvements, these lights are really all you need in a lecture environment.

If you are doing a hybrid/held-with lecture using the camera mounted at the back of the room, you should turn on the podium spotlights using the top On/Off button of the switch next to the door (see below). Doing so will ensure that the front of the room has enough light for the camera at the back of the room to produce a decent image.

The other light switches are still operational to provide additional options but these would be for special events, such as movies.
