Getting to Know Health Computing

The Information Technology (IT) unit in the Faculty of Health dedicated to supporting teaching and research IT requirements of the Faculty of Health, staff and students. We provide advice on computing services and solutions available from within the Faculty of Health and offered centrally by Information Systems & Technology (IST) .

Our offices are located along the hallway to the Sun Life Auditorium in Lyle S. Hallman Institute for Health Promotion (LHI).

• Email to hlthco@uwaterloo.ca will get to us and generate a support ticket

• Faculty, staff and graduate students can message us on Teams

• Remote help – if you are working away from main Health building complex (BMH, EXP, LHN, LHS) we may use Teams or a Remote Support session to visit you at your computer online.
