Undergraduate students have the account created for them when they arrive on campus.

Your Microsoft 365 account includes OneDrive space and copies of Office apps for installation on up to five personal devices (home)

Share files with others at UWaterloo (share using their email address - @uwaterloo.ca).

Students retain access for an additional 16 months after their last registration.
