Disabling the “The following recipient is outside your organization” Alert in Outlook Desktop App 📧

Note: Outlook incorporates MailTips, a feature designed to prevent common errors that could lead to significant consequences or embarrassment. MailTips can alert you when you’re about to reply all to a large recipient list, send sensitive data to someone outside your organization, or message someone who is currently out of office.

Here are the steps to disable this warning:

1. Launch Outlook and navigate to File > Options > Mail 📂.

2. In the MailTips section, click on MailTips Options ⚙️.

3. In the Informational MailTips section, deselect External recipient and External recipient in contact group 🚫.

4. Click OK to save your changes ✔️.

This should turn off the “The following recipient is outside your organization” warning in your Outlook desktop app. Enjoy your seamless emailing experience! 🎉
