BMH-3119 - Using Ditto wireless screen mirroring

Ditto wireless screen mirroring is available currently in BMH-3119 and can be available in other rooms upon request ahead of time for a meeting.

To use Ditto wireless screen mirroring, do the following:

  1. Login to the podium machine using your WATIAM credentials

  2. Once logged into the machine. Run the Ditto Receiver software from the desktop.

  3. The following window will appear below

  4. Make sure that your device is connected to wireless and go to connect.go.ditto.com on your device.

  5. It will ask you to enter the room code and then click connect.

  6. You will be prompted to install the full software or just run the software temporarly to connect. (Use Option 2 if only presenting in the room once or don’t have access to install the software)

  7. Once you run up the software it will show you the SHARE screen.

  8. You can choose what to share whether it be a screen or a specific application, click Start Sharing and it prompt you for a pass code, enter it and click OK.

  9. You should see your screen or application you are sharing appear on the screen.

When using a Mac you will need to install the full software in order to play audio to the screen.
