Using Video Conferencing

The room has an all-in-one videobar (built-in video camera, microphone and speaker) that can be used with computer-based video conferencing on platforms such as Teams, Zoom, Webex. The unit is mounted above the TV and will appear as a USB input source in your web conferencing software when using the computer in the room.

If you want to video conference using the videobar, use the computer in the room (not a laptop). Please do not disconnect the video camera from the computer in the room. If you want to video conference from a laptop, borrow the "HLTH Conference Camera" or "HLTH Meeting Owl" from the Dean's office.
