  • clean drive

  • start MDT deployment from USB drive

    • plug in Win10 Unattended ASUS PN64 ECE Undergrad Labs Install USB

    • reboot

    • press F2 or DEL to enter BIOS

    • go to the Boot page

    • Under the Boot Override section, click on UEFI: Samsung Flash Drive 1100, Partition 1 (256.6GB). The computer should boot from the USB drive and start the MDT Deployment.

    • If possible, setup the network connectivity prior to imaging the computer. If the MAC address of the Target is not available, skip this step until later.

      • Click the Configure with Static IP Address... button.

      • Note/record the MAC address of the Target.

      • Using the MAC address, assign an IP address to the Target within IPAM. You will need to have an assigned computer name.

    • Click Run the Deployment Wizard to install a new Operating System.

    • Select Deploy ASUS PN64 Image. Click Next button.

    • Enter Windows machine name, generally in all capitals.

    • Change Time zone: setting to Eastern Time.

    • Keep Join a workgroup selected.

    • Click Next button.

    • Click Begin button.

  • reboot

  • login as NexusUser

  • disable Script Host in Task Manager

  • add computer to IPAM

  • add computer to domain; reboot computer

  • login as NexusUser

  • run Updates; reboot computer
