Adding a SharePoint/OneDrive folder to File Explorer
It’s possible to Sync a SharePoint folder (and subfolders) and OneDrive to your File explorer for easy access.
These instructions are for the new hosted SharePoint site.
Open the SharePoint/OneDrive document folder you wish to sync
Click on Sync at the top menu
If prompted, choose Open Microsoft OneDrive
NOTE: If you do not have OneDrive installed, click on Get the latest version of OneDrive
Open your File Explorer
Once it has successfully synced, you’ll find the folder under:
SharePoint: University of Waterloo
OneDrive: OneDrive - University of Waterloo
You are now able to access the SharePoint and OneDrive Folders easily like the rest of your files
