This article explains how to leave an internal comment on a ticket.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Scroll to the Activity section of the request.

  2. Click on Comments (it might be automatically selected for you).

  3. Click on Add Internal note and add your comment in the message field to leave a comment for internal staff. 

  4. Click Save to save your comment for internal staff. 

5. You will also see that internal comments have a yellow highlight around the note. This helps you distinguish between an internal comment and a customer response easily.
