Accuro is available over 99% of the time but, since it requires an internet connection and Citrix in order to work, there's always a chance something will go down and prevent us from using it.

Create a Mobile Hotspot
Accuro is normally available at https://citrix-ca.cloudwerx.com/vpn/index.html . In the event of an internet outage at your office, you could try to use your smart phone as a mobile hotspot (if you have sufficient data available).

Use Web Accuro or Mobile Accuro
In the event of any Citrix connection issues—where you can’t login to the green screen and you have confirmed that your internet is working—you can also access Accuro as follows:
Web Accuro ( https://uwatr.ace.cloudwerx.com ) - This is a full version of Accuro. Note: If you get security warnings, click Proceed. It will take a few minutes to download the web application. Sign in as normal.
Mobile Accuro ( https://uwatr.ace.cloudwerx.com/mobile/ ) - This is a basic, scaled down, text-only version of Accuro. You can see your schedule, view a patients chart, and write a note or message. That's it.
